Q4 just got supercharged.

Satellite Talent is thrilled to announce two new strategic partnerships in collaboration with [Andreea Lungulescu](https://www.linkedin.com/in/alungulescu/), a force in the Berlin talent acquisition space known for turning hiring challenges into smart, actionable solutions.

Together, we are set to elevate our client offerings and bring the EMEA talent community together, with streamlined processes and community events that connect, inspire, and drive real impact.

### **Next-level advisory**

Our first partnership is via [The Principal Recruiter](https://www.theprincipalrecruiter.com/) – Andreea’s consulting and coaching practice. We’re excited to enhance the value we already provide to clients, by adding Andreea’s expertise to the mix and roll out even more playbooks, frameworks and hands-on hiring support to both current and future clients.

*“Years of expertise converge in The Principal Recruiter, where Andreea works tirelessly to raise the standard of talent acquisition – one workshop at the time. An ambition fully aligned with Satellite Talent’s mission.”* – Isabel Strijland, Co-Founder at Satellite Talent

### From Berlin to Barcelona

Our second collaboration focuses on community and connection. Andreea is well-known in Berlin for launching Talent Crunch, Berlin’s most engaged TA community and together, we’re bringing the first-ever satellite event to Barcelona (pun intended).

This milestone event [kicks off](https://www.linkedin.com/events/catalyst-barcelonatalent-satell7371054421427855361/) on October 9th and will bring the local talent acquisition scene together for an evening of learning, networking, and inspiration. Attendees will benefit from hiring masterclasses with leading local experts, a fireside chat with our advisor Liam Morley, Head of Talent at N26, and plenty of opportunities to connect. We’re excited to see this event take shape in Barcelona and explore future opportunities to bring this community to new cities across Europe.

*"I'm excited to be part of 3 joint-forces that share the same vision: boosting quality talent acquisition in Europe. This partnership, for me, is all about creating that real infrastructure that makes hiring work better for everyone. When you combine Satellite's execution precision with our community's depth and my applicable TA strategies - you really get a winning combo.”  -* Andreea Lungulescu, Founder at The Principal Recruiter & Talent Crunch

### Expanding our reach

With these partnerships, Satellite is entering Q4 stronger than ever – enhancing the value we provide to clients, sharing actionable expertise, and fostering meaningful connections across the talent acquisition community.

Stay tuned for future updates! 🚀
