They’ve been open for months. The obvious candidates have already been approached. Your internal team has plenty of other hiring to do, and every extra week the role stays open starts to have a real impact on the business.

Satellite Search is focused on senior, specialist and hard-to-fill roles where posting a job and sourcing around the edges simply isn’t enough.

We start by properly understanding the problem. Not just *who are you looking for?*, but *why does this person matter?* What does the market actually look like? Where does the talent sit? What has already been tried? And what happens to the business if the role stays open for another three months?

If the market is telling us the brief is unrealistic, we’ll say it. If compensation is off, we’ll show you. If we uncover a stronger talent pool than the one we originally discussed, we’ll change direction together.

We’re initially bringing this approach to some of the markets where specialist hiring is moving fastest, particularly AI, Data and Infrastructure, where scarce technical talent and rapid company growth make the cost of a delayed or wrong hire especially obvious.

**Launching across Europe and the US**

We’re launching Satellite Search across Europe and the US because that’s already how a lot of our clients grow.

They build in Europe, expand into the US, or the other way around. And when you’re hiring for a senior or specialist role, the best person is not always sitting in the same city, country or even continent as your HQ.

Especially in AI, Data and Infrastructure, the talent pool is small and the competition is high. So limiting the search to one market just doesn’t make much sense.
